POLICIES

We are not responsible for items lost or stolen during your stay with us. We ask that you please make sure your valuables are secured.

PETS: Pets are not allowed in the building! There will be an additional $100.00 cleaning fee for any pets that are brought into the building.

SMOKING: This hotel is a NON-SMOKING facility. Smoking in the building will result in an additional $100.00 cleaning fee.

THEFT: We do not tolerate theft. There is an additional minimum $100.00 fee for removing things from the room.

KEYS: If you keep the key we have to charge you for the locksmith to re-key the lock and make new keys. It has been averaging $50-$100 depending on if they are already in town or not and if it is a week end.

DEPOSIT: We require 100% of the total reservation for a deposit. Valid credit card can Be used for this purpose. Your card will not be charged until you check in (except Internet reservations which automatically bill you at time of reservation) or if you Violate our cancellation policy.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

For Internet Reservations: If you make reservations via one of the Internet booking services, we incur a 10% or 15% non-refundable booking fee and a 3% credit card fee for prepaid reservations.. If you cancel all or part of your reservation, you will have to pay these fees plus a 3% credit card fee on the refund.

For reservations made through the hotel, there is only a credit card fee on the refund. (Your card isn’t pre-charged. It is only used to hold the room.)

For all reservations: If you cancel within 24 hours of your reservation or just don’t show up, you will be billed for a minimum of one night stay unless we rent your room
