POLICIES

We are not responsible for items lost or stolen during your stay with us. We ask that you please make sure your valuables are secured.

PETS: Pets are not allowed in the building! There will be an additional $100.00 cleaning fee for any pets that are brought into the building.

SMOKING: This hotel is a NON-SMOKING facility. Smoking in the building will result in an additional $100.00 cleaning fee.

THEFT: We do not tolerate theft. There is an additional minimum $100.00 fee for removing things from the room.

KEYS: If you keep the key we have to charge you for the locksmith to re-key the lock and make new keys. It has been averaging $50-$100 depending on if they are already in town or not and if it is a week end.

DEPOSIT: We require 100% of the total reservation for a deposit. Valid credit card can Be used for this purpose. Your card will not be charged until you check in or if you Violate our cancellation policy.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If cancellation occurs outside 24 hours or more prior to the arrival date, we refund your deposit less 12% fee to cover our online credit card and reservation commission costs or 2% for credit card fee if you paid your reservation with a credit card direct with the hotel. If you cancel after 24 hours then your deposit is forfeited.
