Although we want you to enjoy your stay, the JnR Hotel has the following policies for the comfort of existing and future guests:
The JnR Hotel is a no smoking and no pet facility. Smoking is not allowed in the building. Pets are not allowed in the building. Smoking is allowed outside on the front and rear balconies as well as by the front and rear entrances. Be cautious that your smoke doesn’t come inside via windows or doors.
A $50.00 charge will be added to your account if evidence of pets or smoke is detected in the room after checkout. A $50.00 charge will be added to your account for replacement of missing linens or furniture.
Removal of any part of the DIRECTV system from the hotel will incur a $50.00 charge.
Guaranteed reservations will reserve a room type. For a particular room indicate in comment field. You may E-mail your reservation from the web site too. At hotel most credit cards are accepted (American Express, Discover, Visa, Master Card etc.).
Cash payment requires copy of current drivers license.
24hr notice required to cancel reservations without charge. No shows will be billed.
